Last weekend saw the official opening by Suzanne Dando, former Olympic gymnast, of the Aga Shop at Birmingham Mailbox. Located in the prestigious city-centre retail complex alongside Harvey Nichols and Gieves and Hawkes the Aga Shop provides an impressive display of Aga, Rayburn, Masterchef and Six-Four Series cookers, together with a Fired Earth tile and paint studio and beautifully hand crafted fire surrounds from Elgin & Hall.
The official opening consisted of a programme of events throughout the course of the weekend including a guest appearance by celebrity chef Mitchell Tonks, presenter of Carlton TV`s Fish Food and author of the Fishworks Seafood Cafi Cookbook.
