Several key players from the AGA-Heartland team including Brad Michael (President), John Palmer (Director of Sales and Marketing), Gordon Flagler (Sales Manager-Heartland), Denise Vella (Sales & Marketing Administrator/Dealer and Distributor Support) and Marian Staresinic (AGA Specialist and Product Demonstrator) embarked on journey to Atlanta, Georgia for the 2008 Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Expo.
Amongst many of the Heartland products shown at the show, the Heartland Artisan wood-fired stove took center stage. Marian Staresinic demonstrated its cooking capability and offered participants the opportunity to see the Artisan in full action whilst Brad Michael kept the firebox alive and kicking.
A few big hits included Caramelized Onion, Sundried Tomatoes, Italian Sausage & Crumbled Goat Cheese Pizza cooked directly on the cast iron floor oven, Lime & Coriander Chicken, Salsa & Monterey Jack Cheese Quesadillas AND Triple Chocolate Mini Cupcakes. Probably the single most impressive feature of all is the amount of food the Artisan proudly holds!
