We dig the new Northland-Marvel site!

Many hands make light work as William McGrath, Gary Green, Brad Stauffer and Gerry Reda join forces to assist State Representative, Judy Emmons, and Greenville City Manager, George Bosanic break ground at Northland-Marvel’s new state-of the-art innovation and manufacturing centre in Greenville, Michigan.

The facility will bring together Northland and Marvel’s two existing US manufacturing plants along with the establishment of a world-class innovation, manufacturing, design, and customer service centre.

Over 30 members of the media attended the ceremony and the event was featured in the Greenville Daily News and on local US television.  Prior to the press launch, Northland-Marvel distributors attended a breakfast briefing which was preceded the night before by a ‘Distributors Dinner’.

Commenting on the new facility which is being built on an 18-acre site, Brad Stauffer said:  ‘We’re looking for long-term investment.  We want to be here for many years yet.”

Getting digging lads.  It’s due for early 2009 completion.
