It wouldn't be Christmas without Olivia on hand to show us the secrets to delicious Italian-inspired food gifts. You'll learn how to make delectable homemade sweet and savoury treats including Panettone, Dates with mascarpone cream, Chocolate truffles and Baked ricotta with dried porcini mushrooms. You'll work with the class to create an array of delectable edible gifts (which you can take home with you) before sitting down to enjoy an informal Italian lunch of your own making.
