Under the new international sector classifications introduced by FTSE and Dow Jones, Aga Foodservice Group has been included in the ‘Household Goods’ sector. This sector includes ‘manufacturers and distributors of household appliances’ – areas now generating more than half of the Group’s turnover and profits.
The international ‘Household Goods’ sector includes Electrolux, Fisher & Paykel and Whirlpool. The Group has not, therefore, been allocated to the newly reclassified ‘Industrial Engineering’ sector.
The daily share price for the Group can now be found under ‘Household Goods’ in the London Share Service section of the Financial Times as well as on the Group website.
