Hotelympia takes its lead from Aga Foodservice and focuses on 'Energy Efficiency'

21st February 2006

The Group’s foodservice companies are joining forces to present their product ranges at Hotelympia, the leading exhibition for the foodservice and hospitality industry.  The exhibition runs from 19th – 23rd February at ExCel in London and attracts over 45,000 visitors.   With the focus of this year’s exhibition being ‘energy efficiency’, Hotelympia has laid on a special ‘energy trail’ leading visitors directly to those manufacturers offering ideas and equipment designed to conserve costly fuel.

Both Falcon and Williams feature in the ‘energy trail with Falcon having developed the revolutionary Falcon Infinity fryer which reduces oil and energy consumption and Williams introducing intelligent energy-control systems in refrigeration cabinets alongside its energy efficient glycol systems. Both products have won numerous industry awards.

With the possibility of energy costs increasing further, Aga Foodservice’s document entitled ‘Improve Energy Efficiency in the Commercial Kitchen’ has generated much interest in the hotel and catering industry, a copy of which can be obtained by calling 0121 711 6006.

Williams and Falcon will be heading stand No. N3140 at Hotelympia and will be available to answer questions on improving energy in the commercial kitchen.  They will also be introducing products from the Group’s latest acquisitions Stellar Steam and Eloma.
