A series of major product launches has made Aga Foodservice the centre of attention at its sector`s key trade shows.

AFE Online's Reception at Hotelympia, Earls Court, 2002 From 4th - 8th February the Aga Foodservice Equipment companies, Williams Refrigeration, Falcon Catering Equipment, Mono Equipment, Victory Refrigeration, AFE Online and AFE Serviceline exhibited a number of innovative developments at Hotelympia, Earls Court.
"The great response and high visitor numbers show that we have created a cohesive foodservice grouping. We can respond creatively to the needs of major national account customers, like Compass and Safeway, as well as our bedrock of distributors" says Stephen Rennie, Chief Operating Officer, Aga Foodservice Group.
Some examples of new products on display were:
Falcon`s new medium duty Dominator series, which includes gas or electric ranges, broiling tables, ovens etc, and its strong, light duty Prolite back-bar equipment range, both of which are part of a major investment programme.
Williams` improved refrigeration systems and a new range of heat exchangers, together with the new Pearl cabinet range.
Victory`s new pizza table and air curtain.
Mono`s `Fast Fry` vending system that prepares and dispenses freshly cooked individual portions of McCain `Julienne` fries in 45 seconds.
An enhanced version of Mono`s automatic cake decoration system, PhotoCake.

Spring Fair, NEC Aga`s new `Omnia` collection of cast iron cookware was showcased at the Spring Fair trade exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham from 3rd - 7th February. There was a very positive reaction to this collection of cast iron cookware, which will be officially launched to the press on Wednesday 20th March in London and will be available in shops from May 2002.
KBB, NEC The KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms) Exhibition held at the NEC, Birmingham from 20th-23rd January, gave Aga, Falcon and Leisure Rangemaster the ideal opportunity to display their combined products and to present the Group`s range cooker strategy. Trade customers were given previews of the new Six-Four Series Aga and the Aga fridge, which will be the subject of major consumer launches this Spring. Also being previewed were the all-electric 1092 and the 900 mm double-oven, dual fuel, range cookers, both part of the Falcon PKR range, the latter of which will be available from 1st April. Leisure Rangemaster introduced the Toledo, a double-oven version of its award winning Classic 90 range cooker, and the new Elan with six powerful burners and a curved cast iron pan support design.
"The strength and range of our consumer products was shown in the excellent reception we received at KBB. Visitor numbers and sales leads were sharply up on 2000", says Mike Bufton, MD of Leisure Rangemaster.
