Christened Snack in a Box and launched at the Northern Sandwich Show, this new complete range of point of sale catering systems can be customised for production of pasta, beverages, fast food, griddle or bakery products and occupies only 7.5 to 9 square metres of space.
MONO Bakery Equipment`s very successful self-contained mini bakery concept launched in 2000 and installed in more than 120 stores throughout the UK has been further developed by the Swansea based company, in conjunction with their associate companies in the Aga Foodservice Equipment Group, to be even more compact and flexible for today`s more discerning and quality conscious, snacking marketplace.
Conceived to be capable of being customised to meet a client`s exact requirements, with freezer storage, a hand wash sink together with the revolutionary water management system, these mini systems can be installed and working in just five hours and require just one electrical connection and no water or waste connections.
The Mini Fastfood System for instance, is equipped with one or two 4-tray convection ovens fitted with the new advanced ColourSmart controller, a microwave or rotisserie, a freezer and a Fast Fry Vend system. The counter front for this system could also contain a griddle and coffee machine. This arrangement is capable of producing a vast array of savoury, confectionery and bread products, including hot filled savoury fillings from the griddle. All this with a tasty portion of chips washed down with a coffee and produced within 9 square metres of space represents an extremely profitable use of catering or retailing space.
