On July 8th, 2008 Marian Staresinic from The AGA Shop Toronto, Canada put on her apron along with John Pajak, Matthew Eckert and Tom Dufresene from O'Rourke Sales Company (Davenport, Iowa) for some interactive cooker training, cooking and eating (of course). In addition we invited some of our own AGA-Heartland employees which included Rick Jorgensen (Regional Sales Manager), Lori Duarte (Sales & Marketing Coordinator), Sasi Sundar (Web Marketing Manager), Tina Prior(Aga Inventory Coordinator) and lest not forget our very own Brad Michael (shown with Bakers Paddle).
A few yummy contributions included Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes, Pesto-Italian Sausage-Black Olive Pizza, Swiss Cheese Burgers with Caramelized Onions and the BIG hit of the evening - TexMex Chicken Quesadillas - cooked directly on the Simmering Plate. The boys from Iowa did a fantastic job and in no time they will be back home demonstrating to rave reviews (and sales).
