In line with the resolution passed at the AGM on 11th May 2007, the maximum aggregate number of ordinary shares authorised to be purchased is 11,492,393 (representing 10 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital). The authority will only be exercised if the directors believe that to do so would result in an increase in earnings per share and benefits shareholders generally.
To date not shares have been bought back under this authority.
